The cleanest hotel I had ever stayed. I did not see any strand of hair or even dust in the room . Bravo to the housekeeping team My sons love this hotel and they said they will definitely return when we visit Penang. Breakfaat buffet were scrumptious with too many varieties of food to choose from menu and the buffet spread. The waiter & waitress as well as chef were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just walking distamce to Ferry jetty, Chew Jetty, Armenian Street, Trishaw ride, Esplanade and a lot of othersheritage buildings. Very convenient as you can easily find the best Cendol and Charcoal Fried Char Kway Teow at the entrance of Chew Jetty. The best Tau Fu Fah at Gurney Drive food court for dinner.
