Effective 1st September 2017, the Malaysia Government levies a Tourism Tax applicable to all non-Malaysian passport / ID holders and non-Malaysian PR card holders at RM10 nett per room night. This tax is not included in our Room Rate and it is payable by guest through the hotel upon check-in or prior to check-out.

The Penang State Government imposes a local Council Fee of RM3 per room per night, this fee is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein and are to be paid upon check-out.

Check-in time is at 3.00pm & check- out time is at 12.00pm.

Bedding requests is subject to availability.

Children below the age of 12 years old sharing existing bedding with adults – FREE of charge.

Every package or special offer is not applicable with any other promotions.

Promotions may be subject to a minimum length of stay depending on stay dates.

A credit card number is required to for confirmation and guaranteed room booking(s).

In the event of a booking cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival, or a no-show, a full nights stay per room booking will be charged to the credit card number provided upon booking.

Pets, Durians and Mangosteens are not allowed on hotel premises.
